​I look forward to the opportunity to meet with you and the other members of your Council's Scout Executive selection committee.  As active volunteers and stake holders in the Suffolk County Council, you speak for the aspirations of your Scouting youth and all the leaders, parents and communities that support them.  Our movement's vitality and enduring legacy lies not only in its timeless values but in its committed members.  As one of Scouting's many commissioned executives let me personally thank you for all that you do on behalf of the Boy Scouts of America.
