Meet individually with each member of the Support Staff to discuss their opportunities and challenges in their current roles.

Meet with all field executives to discuss current status of their districts including FOS, membership, fall product sales as well as their goals, career path and ambitions.

Meet with Director of Development, Joanne Courtien, to discuss year end fundraising as well as status of 2015 campaigns and events.

Meet with Jim Grimaldi to discuss year end budgetary program items and the status of upcoming 2015 events and camp.

Review Council budget and financials with Council Treasurer, Chris O’Connor.

Review Council Membership and Marketing plan with VP of Marketing, Brian McAuliff.

Review Council finance plan and status of all giving campaigns with VP of Development, Mark Businki.

Review Council strategic plan and progress with the VP of Strategic Plan, Rudy Santoro.

Meet with the Council President, Jim Montalto and Commissioner, Tim Green to review vision for council and other immediate key issues.

Meet with VP of District Operations, Rocco Prichinello to discuss district nominating committees and current manpower.

Evaluate status of capital campaign and move forward plans.

Review Journey to Excellence 2014 goals and 2015 benchmarks.

Evaluate staff planning conference needs for January with a heavy emphasis on team building and staff morale.

Review status of current special events as well as any new events scheduled.

Meet with each Executive Committee Member at their office.

Conduct a “ride-along” with unit serving executives.

Conduct detailed analysis of membership, finance and manpower.

Review 2015 camp staffing for summer camp and NCAP standards.

Meet with selected major donors not on board to look for potential manpower.

Conduct year end evaluations for all direct reports.

Schedule “fireside chat” in districts to listen to thoughts and concerns and strengthen relationships between the council and the districts.
